Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Most order are processed within 48hrs, however please allow 72 hours to process your order. Personalised orders may take 10 days to dispatch. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up by appointment only. Out of office hours collections may also be available. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup, along with a text message to arrange collection.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping rates are determined by the items weight and size carrier - usually Royal Mail or DPD.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Please inspect your items as soon as they arrives. I understand these items are likely to be stored for a number of months until your wedding date, but any issues further down the line a not eligible for a refund or exchange.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at weddingceremonysupplies@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
