Orders & Products
Can I customise my order?
Yes, many of our products can be personalised or customised. Where options are available, you’ll be able to select colours, quantities, and finishes directly on the product page. If you’re unsure or need something specific, feel free to get in touch, we’re always happy to help create something just right for your ceremony.
Can I choose multiple colours of sand?
Absolutely. You can mix and match colours to suit your theme. Simply select your chosen colours and enter the quantity required for each.
I’m not sure how much sand I need, can you help?
Of course! If you’re unsure on quantities, just send us a message with a few details about your ceremony and we’ll happily guide you.
Product Information
Will colours look exactly as shown?
We do our best to ensure colours are accurately represented, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting and batches from the manufacurer.
How are your items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully, perfect for your special day.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as secure payment options such as Apple Pay, and Google Pay (depending on your device).
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Non-personalised items are usually dispatched within 2-3 days. Royal Mail 48 Tracked is our standard delivery service.
Personalised items usually take around a week, maybe longer depending on how quickly it takes to approve mockups.
Do you offer express delivery?
If you need your order urgently, please get in touch before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you ship internationally?
Please contact us if you wish to order and don't live in the UK, so we can discuss the best option and costs involved.
For international shipments, you may be charged additional fees, such as
import fees, taxes, and duties. This issue is fully regulated by the authorities of your country. All additional costs related to delivery are paid by the buyer.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
We accept returns on non-personalised items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. If you wish to return an order please email hello@weddingceremonysupplies.co.uk
You are responsible for the returned shipping costs, and the amount refunded to you would be the item cost, not the total cost (shipping fee)
Are personalised items refundable?
As personalised and custom-made items are created especially for you, they are non-refundable unless faulty.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.
We understand that these items may not be used for a number of months, but we are unable to assist with claims of damage further down the line, therefore please check your items thoroughly upon delivery.
